Terms & Conditions of Socialcanvas.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this service.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of SocialCanvas (“Platform,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a product of ChevalBleu Labs OPC Private Limited, India, in collaboration with BlueHorse Tech Co. LLC, USA. By accessing or using SocialCanvas, you (“User,” “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction) to use SocialCanvas.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Services Provided

SocialCanvas is a social media management platform that enables users to:

Connect multiple social media accounts via official APIs (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business).

  • Schedule and publish content.
  • Monitor analytics, performance, and engagement.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing workflows.

4. User Responsibilities

By using SocialCanvas, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information during registration.
  • Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent activities.
  • Comply with third-party API terms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Refrain from attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Take full responsibility for content you post, schedule, or share using the Service.

5. Data & Privacy

SocialCanvas integrates with third-party platforms only via secure APIs.

No data is permanently stored on SocialCanvas servers. All information is processed in real-time.

Usage of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on SocialCanvas are the property of ChevalBleu Labs or BlueHorse Tech, unless stated otherwise.

Users retain ownership of their own content but grant SocialCanvas a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process content solely for providing the Service.

7. Payment & Subscription

Access to premium features may require subscription fees, as specified at the time of purchase.

Payments must be made in accordance with the pricing policies listed on the official website.


All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

SocialCanvas depends on third-party APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or policy changes from such platforms.

Users must separately comply with the terms of those platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SocialCanvas, ChevalBleu Labs, and BlueHorse Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

We provide the Service “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChevalBleu Labs, BlueHorse Tech, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of SocialCanvas,
  • Your violation of these Terms,
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India (for users in India and APAC region) and the laws of Missouri, USA (for users in the USA and other regions).

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, India, or Missouri, USA, depending on the user’s location.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, or government actions.

14. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance.
