SocialCanvas integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business) only through official APIs.

  • Profile information (username, page details, profile ID)
  • Content metadata (captions, posts, comments)
  • Engagement insights (analytics and performance reports)

Important: We do NOT collect or store passwords, sensitive personal information, or private user data outside the scope of API permissions.

4. Data Storage & Security

No Permanent Data Storage: SocialCanvas does not store any user content or personal data on its servers. All API data is fetched in real-time and displayed to the user.

Temporary Processing Only: Any cached information is used solely for performance optimization and is automatically cleared.

Security Compliance: Both ChevalBleu Labs and BlueHorse Tech maintain ISO 27001:2022-compliant security practices, including encryption, restricted access, and secure data centers.

5. Use of Information

Information accessed via APIs is used only to provide you with platform functionalities, such as:

Scheduling and publishing content

Generating analytics and performance insights

Managing multi-channel engagement

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user information to third parties.
